This is an extremely rare Patek Philippe Calatrava reference 570 in 18k white gold from the 1950s. Typically the white gold 570 comes with the sweep seconds hand, and to find a white gold example with subsidiary seconds is extremely rare. Also ,the back of the subsidiary dial model has a flat back as opposed to angled back on the sweep second model This calatrava reference 570 is in mint condition with a very sharp case and an untouched mint dial.
